1. General

These conditions govern the cancellation and refund processes of reservations for the Antalya-based car/yacht/tour rental services made through Gönnetlioğlu.

2. Reservation Cancellation

For cancellations made a reasonable time before the reservation start date, the amount paid may be refunded partially or fully according to the relevant conditions. If the cancellation is made close to the delivery date, a cancellation fee/deduction may apply.

3. Refund Period and Method

Approved refunds are made via the payment method used and within a reasonable time depending on the banks' processing times. Deductions specified in the agreement may be applied to the refund amount.

4. Deposit Refund

The deposit taken as security is refunded provided that the vehicle/service is returned undamaged, complete and on time, and that there are no obligations such as fines, damage or missing fuel. Detected damage, traffic fines or deficiency amounts may be offset against the deposit.

5. Exception to the Right of Withdrawal

Since there is no right of withdrawal for car rental and similar date-specific services pursuant to Article 15/1-(g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, cancellation/refund processes are carried out solely according to the conditions in this text.

6. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, official bans and the like, cancellation/refund requests are evaluated according to the specific situation.
