Pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Gönnetlioğlu as data controller within the scope explained below. Gönnetlioğlu provides Antalya-based car/yacht/tour rental services.

Identity information (name, surname, national ID/passport number), contact information (phone, e-mail, address), driving licence information, reservation and payment information, IP address and site usage data may be processed.

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed to establish and perform the rental contract, carry out reservation and payment processes, manage customer relations, fulfil legal obligations, handle requests and complaints, and improve service quality.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Your data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the grounds that it is necessary for the establishment/performance of a contract, the fulfilment of a legal obligation and legitimate interest; and based on your explicit consent in cases that require it.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your data may be transferred to authorised public institutions within the framework of legal obligations, to payment institutions, to the suppliers we work with and to business partners, within the limits of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

6. Method of Data Collection

Your personal data is collected via the website, reservation forms, telephone, e-mail and physical contracts, by automated and non-automated methods.

7. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing, to request its correction if processed incompletely/incorrectly, to request its deletion/destruction under Article 7 of the KVKK, to object to analysis solely by automated systems, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.

8. Application

You may submit your requests regarding your rights in writing through Gönnetlioğlu's contact channels. Your applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
