Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded electronically between the service provider Gönnetlioğlu ("Seller/Lessor") on the one hand and the customer purchasing the service ("Buyer/Lessee") on the other, pursuant to the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. Subject

The subject of the agreement is the provision of the service within the scope of Antalya-based car/yacht/tour rental services ordered electronically by the Buyer via the Gönnetlioğlu website, and the determination of the rights and obligations regarding the collection of its price.

3. Service Details and Price

The type of the rented vehicle/service, rental period, delivery and return dates, total price (₺ TRY), taxes and any deposit amount are stated in the order/reservation summary. All prices include applicable taxes.

4. Payment

Payment is made via credit card, debit card or other specified methods through a secure payment infrastructure. A deposit may be blocked as security during the rental period and refunded after the service is completed without issue.

5. Delivery and Performance

The service is provided on the date, time and location specified in the reservation. The Buyer is obliged to inspect the vehicle/service at the time of delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Its Exception

Pursuant to Article 15/1-(g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the Buyer has no right of withdrawal for contracts relating to accommodation, transport of goods, car rental, supply of food and beverages and leisure/recreation services that must be provided on a specific date or period. Cancellation and refund procedures are subject to the provisions of the Cancellation & Refund Conditions.

7. Obligations

The Lessee is obliged to use the vehicle/service with care, comply with traffic and other legal rules, be responsible for damages and fines, and return it within the specified period. The Lessor is obliged to provide the service in accordance with the agreement.

8. Resolution of Disputes

In disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.

9. Entry into Force

When the Buyer confirms the order, they are deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement. The agreement is concluded electronically and has entered into force.
